Is Culture Limited To Racial And Ethnic Backgrounds? (Essay Sample)

Culture is an aspect of the society that deals with the practice and routine of individuals, groups, or institutions. This involves practices and beliefs that provide an important aspect of the community to work with. Every society represents a distinct or set of distinct culture that are different from each other. This involves the ability to change the aspect wherein there is an ability to let the community to become visible of knowing their identities and practices. Culture is universal because there are practices that are comparable with other communities, which makes it unique from each community across the world. However, there are cultures that are disturbing to other communities because issues of morality and ethics are believed to be violated by some practices.

To answer the question, culture is not limited to racial backgrounds. This is because culture has different practices that are represented by every racial profile in our community. Every race has their respective culture that can be adjusted and transferable to other communities. This is dependent on the society where a certain raise lives and thrives as a unit of the community. Culture is unique in its own way that it represents a unique belief and practice that the society needs in order to survive. Culture can be transferable to other communities for as long as there are benefits that can influence the practices of other communities. One example is the practice of yoga, which is a distinct culture by Hindus that are beneficial for other cultures because it promotes a healthy way of promoting your physical image. It is not important what race you are for as long as you do the cultural image the right way.

Culture is not limited to an ethnic background because it is not important what ethnic background you came from for as long as you can practice other culture. Since the modern society allows every community from a different culture to embrace new cultures, there is no limitation what belief or practice that can be applied. There are no laws that prohibit a person from other ethnicities to practice a certain culture because they have the freedom to do so. This is whether or not a person has been doing a great job from influencing other individuals or group to benefit their interests and activities. In this case, cultures are usually integrated with other ethnic background for as long as that particular ethnicity accepts, understands, and appreciates a certain belief or activity.

It has been learned that culture can always integrate to other racial and ethnic backgrounds. This is because every person has the right to involve themselves to a culture that is beneficial to fill up their interest. Every person has the right to apply other cultures as part of their personal routines on a daily basis because they believe that it can uplift their practices and belief to become a better person. Promoting other cultures is a way of achieving a multicultural practice or belief of communities who are aiming to diversify cultural norms and backgrounds. Limiting culture to both racial and ethnic background could risk a person or a group from legal consequences. The essence of fulfilling ethical norms is achievable because it allows a person to be respected by having their freedom to be expressed and acknowledged while applying different cultures that are not from their race or ethnicity (Chigbu, 2015).
